ŠANSA (Chance) – Children’s rights, community empowerment and inclusion

A project that strengthens civil society organisations, builds institutional capacity and empowers communities to advance children’s rights in the municipalities of Gračanica and Ranilug.

FDMC implements the project “Advancing children’s rights and the self-reliance of vulnerable non-majority communities through strengthening civil society organisations, institutional capacity building and empowerment” in partnership with the national office of Save the Children Kosovo. The project is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

The project is grounded in children’s rights, in line with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and promotes the full realisation of children’s rights, with a special focus on the most vulnerable children and those at risk of exclusion.
