Over the past period FDMC carried out numerous activities within the project “Advancing children’s rights and the self-reliance of vulnerable non-majority communities through strengthening civil society organisations, institutional capacity building and empowerment”, implemented in partnership with the national office of Save the Children Kosovo and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
From 15 to 17 May 2026, a workshop on the organisational capacity assessment (OCA) of the Forum for Development and Multiethnic Collaboration was held at Hotel Brezovica. Its aim was to assess the organisation’s capacity across a wide range of topics, strengthen and build FDMC’s capacity, develop a communication plan to engage stakeholders and better understand their needs.
FDMC members worked in groups by area to reach the goal of the workshop.
