Since 2019, FDMC has run the Civic Energy Centre in Gračanica with the support of the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS). The centre is part of the network of civic energy centres and is linked with the centre in Mitrovica.
The centre is open to all citizens as a platform for dialogue and public opinion, aiming to develop democracy and a culture of public debate and to find joint solutions to political, economic and social problems, with a particular focus on the Serbian and other communities in Kosovo.
